KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — The wife of a former Kannapolis police officer and convicted criminal now faces charges of indecent liberties with a minor.
Earlier this month, a judge sentenced Tracy Webb to three years in prison for not reporting a felony.
Her husband, Steven Webb, is serving a 10 year sentence for having child pornography.
The FBI arrested the couple in July.
Officers arrested Tracy on the new charges Thursday morning.
