CHARLOTTE — Cancer survivor Shavonda Courts, 36, and her two-year-old daughter had a dream that came true, a trip to Disney World.

“It was breathtaking, honestly,” Courts said. “I am still on cloud nine about the trip. I was so happy to conquer this milestone with her and take her to Disney.”
