Hurricane Sally is dropping inches of rain and moving slowly, which is leading to widespread flooding across Alabama, Mississippi and Florida as it creeps closer to the Carolinas.
The storm’s biggest threat is heavy rain and flooding. According to the National Weather Service, Sally could bring “historic life-threatening flash flooding" across the southeast.
South Carolina is anticipating several inches of rain from Sally, and people are starting to prepare for the potential of flooding.
