CHARLOTTE — There could be thunderstorms in the viewing area Saturday night, followed by a cool down.
Cooler air will move in by Sunday. There will be some cloud cover, but temperatures will be in the 80s Sunday afternoon.
The next tropical depression will likely form in the Bahamas by 5 p.m. Saturday. Storms will stay in the Atlantic Ocean because of cooler air.
