NANTUCKET, Mass. — A Massachusetts judge ordered a Nantucket bar to hand over surveillance video taken the night of an alleged groping incident involving actor Kevin Spacey, CNN reported.
According to a court filing released Thursday, Nantucket District Court Judge Thomas S. Barrett ordered the video from The Club Car bar and restaurant to be produced at a pretrial hearing for Spacey on Monday morning, according to CNN. Barrett wants all videos recorded at the business between July 7, 2016, and July 8, 2016.
Spacey, 59, is accused of groping an 18-year-old busboy at the Nantucket bar on July 7, 2016. In January, the two-time Academy Award-winning actor pleaded
to indecent assault and battery. The felony charge carries a five-year maximum sentence in prison.

In the ruling released Thursday, Barrett allowed the attorneys for Spacey to examine contents of the accuser’s cellphone, but denied a defense request to examine the phone records of the accuser’s mother,
reported.
The attorneys for Spacey and the alleged victim declined comment.
