EASTON, Mass. — A 103-year-old Massachusetts woman beat the coronavirus, then cracked open a beer to celebrate.
Jennie Stejna was the first person infected at her nursing home three weeks ago, USA Today reported.
She had a low fever and was moved to a separate area. Her condition worsened but on May 13, her family was told she had recovered. Staff gave her an icy Bud Light -- a libation she loved but had not been able to enjoy for awhile.
