NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — A South Carolina mother is behind bars after authorities said they found a meth pipe in her toddler son’s pants.

According to WCIV-TV, North Charleston police arrested Lucia Cash, 35, of Goose Creek, early Wednesday on a cruelty to children charge after a traffic stop.
