Vanessa Bryant pays tribute to daughter Gigi on what would have been her 14th birthday

Vanessa Bryant posted an emotional tribute to her daughter Gianna on social media Friday on what would have been the teen’s 14th birthday.

“Gigi” was killed Jan. 26 in a helicopter crash that also claimed the life of her father, NBA legend Kobe Bryant, and seven other people.

Vanessa Bryant posted a photo on Instagram showing her daughter smiling while wearing a Mickey Mouse outfit.

“Happy 14th birthday to my sweet baby girl, Gianna,” Vanessa Bryant wrote. “Mommy loves you more than I can ever show you. You are part of my soul forever. I miss you so much every day. I wish I could wake up and have you here with me. I miss your smile, your hugs and your giggles. I miss everything about you, Gigi. I love you so much.”

Gianna Bryant was the second-oldest of the Vanessa and Kobe Bryant’s four daughters, according to Bleacher Report.
