Kings Dr. traffic should use Charlottetowne Ave. or McDowell St. as an alternate route between 3rd St., 4th, St. and 7th St. Elizabeth Ave. traffic should use 3rd St., 4th st., or 7th St. as alternate routes between the CPCC area and Uptown.
