    Updated:

None - The Southern Christmas Show will be held at The Park (formerly the Charlotte Merchandise Mart) from Thursday, November 10th through Sunday, November 20th.  This Carolina Christmas tradition has been enjoyed by generations, but also causes traffic headaches on Independence Blvd.

Expect slow traffic on Independence Blvd. at Briar Creek Rd. as drivers exit into the parking lots. The worst backups will be in the far right lane. Expect heavy traffic from 10 a.m. through noon, and from 5 p.m. through 7 p.m. each day. Stay in the far left lane to minimize your delay, or use Monroe Rd. or Central Ave. as alternate routes.
