Northeastern Kershaw County in central South Carolina... * Until 1145 AM EDT. * At 851 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Streams are already running at elevated levels due to very heavy rain that fell across the area yesterday, especially across Chesterfield County, and additional amounts of 1 to 2 inches appear likely over the next three hours as more heavy rain moves into the area. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
