MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Two men who robbed the Food Lion on Williamson Road in Mooresville Monday morning, Iredell County Sheriff Darren Campbell said.
The men followed an employee inside as the store was opening at about 7 or 8 a.m. and demanded money and threatened to use a gun, our news partners at the Statesville Record and Landmark reported. It is unclear if they had a gun.
They fled in a gray car that was possibly a Dodge Charger.
No arrests have been made.
