A judge sentenced Felix Reyes, 17, and Jhovany Roman, 18, to 12 years in prison.

“He knows there are consequences. It just tough all around,” said Rob Heroy, Roman’s defense attorney.

Authorities said Reyes, Roman and two juveniles gang-raped an unconscious 17-year-old in November 2015 at the Victoria Park Apartments.

A search warrant revealed that officers found the girl unresponsive with bruising all over her body. They said the victim was also covered in feces.

Prosecutor Kristin Northrup announced details of the assault that was recorded on video.

“The video he described showed a Hispanic female, naked from the waist down,” Northrup said.

Northrup said Roman was one of five teenagers who were drinking and took turns assaulting the girl who had also been drinking, and was passed out.

“She went through a sexual assault exam where the nurse noted injuries almost on every portion of her body,” Northrup said.

Roman didn't flinch as the judge read the details of his plea deal. Reyes agreed to the same plea deal.

Officials said Eduardo Garcia videotaped the incident on his cellphone. He pleaded guilty to charges in February. He was sentenced to seven to 10 years in prison.
