MOUNT HOLLY, N.C. — A Mount Holly doctor no longer has a medical license after he admitted having sexual contact with patients in exam rooms.

Channel 9 reported the allegations against Smith in October.
Smith waived his right to a hearing or an appeal in the Medical Board's case.
