A Catawba County father is facing charges after an accidental shooting that injured his two young sons Sunday night, deputies said.
Bobby Pettiford was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana and resisting an officer.
Pellets from Pettiford’s shotgun ricocheted off a wall and hit two of his children.
His children are under the age of 10.
Both have been treated and released from the hospital.
