- Individuals and agencies nominated must live or work in and serve the residents of Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Nominees must not have received an MMA Award in the same (or similar) category within the past two years.
- Nominations must be submitted for work done by individuals and agencies within the year 2018.
- Organization nominees should be registered on The Locator. If the agency that you would like to nominate is not listed on The Locator, there is still time to for that agency to submit a registration form. Visit www.charlottenc.gov/mma for instructions on how to register the agency.
