HICKORY, N.C.,None — Hickory police arrested a second person in a homicide case where a man was shot and killed while selling shoes out of the back of his car.
A Grand Jury indicted Corey Hill, 25, in the death of Denny Abernathy.
Abernathy, 45, was shot to death just before Christmas in 2008, police said.
Earlier this spring, Gary Wilfong plead guilty to second-degree murder in Abernathy's death.
Investigators said they believe both men planned to rob Abernathy and both were there when the shooting happened.
