Pickpockets are lurking in restaurants and, ladies, they’re targeting you.
Ginny Fazio said she and her family were eating at Maggiano's at SouthPark Mall when she did what many women do every day, she hung her purse on the back of her chair.
But when she reached for it, she noticed the zipper was open and the purse felt lighter. "The minute I touched the purse, I realized the weight of that bag was off," she said.

She said her wallet was gone. That meant her driver's license, health insurance cards and credit cards gone were too.
"I did not feel a thing," Fazio told Action 9. "They were that good."
The police came.
The thieves were already 5 miles away at Target in Midtown on a shopping spree with Fazio's credit cards. They had already charged close to $4,000 in less than an hour.
The receipts show the thieves bought gift cards, boxers, a T-shirt, a cardigan, and even In Style magazine.
"I was livid. I was furious," she said.

Fazio said Target matched the time on the receipts with its surveillance video and identified the suspects on camera: two men and two women.
At last check, police haven't made any arrests.
"You should never let your guard down," Fazio warned others.
First, you may want to buy a hook for the table. They cost between $5 and $20. Second, never keep your Social Security card in your wallet. Fazio didn't. If criminals get that, they can do some real damage with your identity.
