CHARLOTTE, NC — An electrician who was the subject of an Action 9 report has been shut down. A judge issued an injunction against Jeff Blackwell saying he cannot do electrical work until he gets a license.
We first reported on Blackwell last month after getting complaints that work he had done had to be re-done and he had been reported to the state electrical board.
