CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are searching for a suspect they said broke into a south Charlotte pawn shop overnight.
Officers said four men broke into the store on South Boulevard through the roof around 3:30 a.m. and triggered the alarm.
The men grabbed items from the store before police arrived and then ran off.
Police said that after brief foot chase, they arrested three of the four men. One of the suspects was bitten by a police K9 and taken to Carolinas Medical Center.
Officers have not yet released the men’s names.
