Emeril Lagasse's e2 GO offers fresh food fast

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Chef Emeril Lagasse’s uptown restaurant, e2 emeril's eatery, now has another side, offering made-from-scratch food to go.

e2 GO, a one-stop food and beverage spot, opened this week and offers sandwiches, soups, salads and snacks to go. e2 GO serves weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

e2 GO adjoins e2 emeril's eatery, which is located on the Levine Avenue of the Arts. You can enter e2 GO from the breezeway connecting the Duke Energy Center and Mint Museum Uptown.

e2 GO will soon offer online ordering and phone orders.
