CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — A fight between two brothers sent one to the hospital and the other to jail Sunday.
Police said a man in his 60s was shot in the leg just before 1 p.m. Sunday on Stancill Place, in the Grier Heights neighborhood.
Police took the 70-year-old suspect into custody for questioning.
Investigators said they were not sure what led to the argument between the two brothers.
The victim's injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
