Dry Saturday: Saturday will be the pick day of the weekend as drier weather returns. Temperatures will also warm back up to the upper 50s for the afternoon hours. The pleasant weather is short-lived, as clouds will build overnight Saturday into Sunday morning out ahead of our next system.

Sunday storms: That system will surely bring in more clouds, and a few pockets of light mist/flurries Sunday morning. No accumulation is expected, and the drizzle looks to clear by the late morning hours. Heads up to tailgaters for Sunday morning that the temperatuers will be cold, starting in the middle 30s. By the 1:05 p.m. kickoff between the Panthers and Seahawks expect temperatures to stay in the lower 40s with sunshine gradually increasing.

Looking ahead: Quiet weather returns as we start the upcoming work week. Expect plenty of sunshine Monday and Tuesday as highs remain below average in the lower 40s.
