CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One person was shot in the leg during a family dispute late Wednesday afternoon in the 1000 block of State Street in west Charlotte, officials said.
CMPD later determined that the incident was an accidental self-inflicted gun shot wound.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, CMPD said.
