SALISBURY, N.C. — A man died after being hit by a train in Salisbury, according to Rowan County EMS.
The incident happened on Sunday evening on Depot Street near East Innes Street.

Rowan County EMS told Channel 9 that the situation is currently being investigated by the Salisbury Police Department.
Officials have not released the man’s identity, but said he was between 40 and 50 years old.
