KANNAPOLIS, N.C. — Police in Kannapolis have arrested a man they said walked into a Wells Fargo bank on Tuesday and robbed it.
Investigators said 19-year-old Lane Chrismon robbed the Wells Fargo branch on North Cannon Boulevard around 10:45 a.m.
No weapons were displayed and nobody was hurt, according to police.
Police were able to identify Chrismon with the help of surveillance photos and arrested him later Tuesday night.
He has been charged with common law robbery and received a $250,000.00 secured bond pending his first appearance on Wednesday.
