Barringer claimed her prize Friday at lottery headquarters. The state and federal tax withholdings were paid from the total prize so Barringer went home with $1 million.
The $1,000,000 Taxes Paid scratch-off launched in September with three $1.38 million top prizes. One remains to be claimed.
