CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A second Topgolf is coming to Charlotte.
City Council voted Tuesday in favor of the entertainment center to be built off University City Boulevard.
The golf complex will be built on 14 acres near Ikea Boulevard and will have a shuttle to pick up and drop off people at the nearby Blue Line extension.
