IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — Three cows were on the loose after a cattle truck flipped Monday morning in Iredell County, troopers confirmed.

The crash happened at about 10 a.m. on Interstate 77 North at Interstate 40 near Turnersburg Highway in Statesville.
I-77 North has been closed while animal control rounded up the cattle.
No injuries have been reported.
