CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Work is gearing up to restore a more than 100-year-old mill in the NoDa neighborhood.
Boston-based The Community Builders, working in a joint venture with FCP, has plans to revamp the Johnston Mill property at 3315 N. Davidson St. into 84 apartments. It will also build a 151-unit apartment building on part of the 5.1-acre property, next to the Lynx Blue Line’s 36th Street Station.

The redevelopment of the site will cost about $50 million. Read more here about what’s planned there.
