87 sick from berry mix linked to hepatitis

NORTH CAROLINA — An outbreak of hepatitis A linked to a frozen berry mix has made 87 people sick.

The FDA is investigating the cases at Townsend Farms in Fairview, Oregon.

The berry mixes sold at Costco and Harris Teeter have been recalled.

So far, the illness has only been linked to berries sold at Costco.
