CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Acclaimed restaurant Bocado Bar + Diner will join the lineup at Atherton Mill this summer.
That Atlanta-based concept will offer American cuisine that is seasonally driven and locally sourced — set in the culinary stylings and aesthetics of a diner. Bocado got its start in Atlanta’s Westside neighborhood in 2009.

The restaurant has snagged the 2,700-square-foot spot that is currently home to Big Ben Pub. The British pub recently announced its lease in South End would not be renewed and it was seeking a new home.
