CHARLOTTE — More people are contacting Action 9 to say that their General Motors trucks vibrate while they are driving.

The problem has been dubbed the “Chevy shake” and affects several GM models.
In the video at the top of this webpage, Action 9 reporter Jason Stoogenke speaks with Chevy customers about their experiences with the issue.
“It felt like it was downshifting very quickly, so everyone would go forward,” customer Adam Myerson said.
