Brandon Gagnon told Jason Stoogenke his family hired Global Trans Van Lines to move his uncle’s things from Maine to South Carolina.
He says they picked it up on June 5.
As for delivery, the paperwork says there’s no guarantee, but it estimated that the distance should take up to 21 days.
Gagnon says he still hadn’t gotten them more than 60 days later.
He says law enforcement officers in Maine ultimately got involved and recovered his items.
However, he’s still not sure if he’ll see his money again.
Action 9 attorney Jason Stoogenke called and spoke with a representative for the moving company. He took Jason’s information and promised to pass it along five weeks ago.
Stoogenke still has not heard back as of Aug. 27.
