CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A local affordable-housing developer has filed a rezoning petition that seeks to build senior housing in south Charlotte.

Mosaic Development Group’s petition is for an undeveloped site at 720 W. Arrowood Road, near several hotels off of Interstate 77. The rezoning calls for housing that would be reserved for seniors 55 and older.
