TAYLORSVILLE, NC — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing woman in Alexander County.
Deputies are looking for 39-year-old Caroline Jean Fitter who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
She was last seen in the area of Walker Foundry Loop in Taylorsville.
