CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One of the nation’s largest apartment developers that’s targeted Charlotte for growth appears to be gearing up for another local project, this time along the Lynx Blue Line.

Alliance Residential Co., a Phoenix, Arizona-based firm, recently filed development plans with the city of Charlotte for a 2.9-acre site along North Brevard Street, between 23rd and 24th streets.
Documents indicate a project with up to 323 apartments and 1,250 square feet of retail is being considered for the site.
