MONROE, N.C. — Monroe police arrested Dorian Hassaun Davis, 21, of Monroe Tuesday in connection with an armed robbery the day before at the First Citizens Bank on West Roosevelt Boulevard.
Davis was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon.
