CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — Deputies said a man accused of fatally shooting another man in Chester County has been taken into custody Saturday.

Officials said Charles Lockett shot and killed 25-year-old Albert Betha on Fourth Street in the Eureka community Friday night.
Authorities said Lockett is a known gang member and should be considered armed and dangerous.
