CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Award-winning Chef Ford Fry didn’t want to wait to debut his south Charlotte restaurant.
Superica’s second Queen City location opened last month after facing delays from the coronavirus. That 5,900-square-foot restaurant is in the Strawberry Hill development, at the corner of Sardis and Providence roads.

“It was either now or wait until after the new year,” Fry says. “I think we were just ready.”
That concept dishes up wood-grilled flavors and Superica’s signature margaritas.
