CHARLOTTE — Bank of America Corp. CEO Brian Moynihan got a 31% year-over-year pay bump in 2021, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Moynihan’s base salary remains at $1.5 million, with the total compensation package coming to $32 million including stock awards.

That’s compared to a $24.5 million package in 2020 — a pay cut at the time stemming from COVID-related uncertainties.
There is no cash bonus, as in years past.
