CHARLOTTE — Biscuitville Fresh Southern’s newest location in the Charlotte market opens Thursday — but don’t expect it to be the last.
That restaurant is located at 3060 Derita Road near Concord Mills. Its hours are from 5 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday.

Plans call for that restaurant to operate as a drive-thru venue, as Biscuitville is opting to keep dining rooms closed because of Covid-19.
Biscuitville already has its eye on additional growth in Charlotte, says Blake Jennings, senior director of development.
