CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Boeing executive said the company is narrowing down its options as it searches for a place to build its new plane.
Sources told Eyewitness News that Charlotte put in a bid for the new plant – along with 53 other cities.
The Boeing exec did not elaborate on how the selection process is going. The company is still negotiating with union workers in Washington state who want the plant there.
