HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are investigating after someone reportedly fondled a 12-year-old boy at Latta Plantation.
According to a police report, the incident happened last week.
A spokesperson with the Huntersville park wouldn't comment on the investigation, but said they're dedicated to providing a safe environment for the children who visit there.

There have not been any arrests in the case.
