CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Snooze, an A.M. Eatery will debut in South End in the coming days — just a little later than planned because of the pandemic.
That breakfast venue initially was targeting a July opening.
“Covid forced us to push pause,” says Jason Sexton, regional manager.

Snooze took the last few months to dial in safety measures and protocol as well as tweak the restaurant to deal with operating restrictions. For example, dine-in service is currently limited to 50% capacity at North Carolina restaurants.
