CONCORD, N.C. — To help the Charlotte Motor Speedway get ready for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, dozens of breast cancer survivors painted the pit wall pink on Thursday.

Next weekend's Drive for the Cure 200 will raise awareness for the disease.
