MORGANTON, N.C. — Catawba Brewing Co. is expanding its footprint to the North Carolina coast by way of acquisition.
The Morganton-based brewery — which also operates a location in Charlotte — closed its purchase of Skytown Beer Co. on Wednesday.

It is located at 4712 Town Centre in Wilmington.
