The Monroe Planning Board is considering a rezoning request from NVR Inc. for an 85.8-acre site along Olive Branch Road, near the Monroe Expressway. NVR owns the Ryan Homes brand, which is very active in Charlotte’s residential real estate scene. The rezoning request is being made to facilitate the development of a 197-lot residential subdivision, city documents state.
