FORT MILL, S.C. — Cupcrazed Cakery has changed hands in Fort Mill.
Wendy Shanahan says she has purchased that Food Network-featured sweet shop for an undisclosed amount. Shanahan is also owner of Asterisk Creative, a Charlotte marketing and public relations firm. Shanahan says owning Cupcrazed allows her to do something fun and different.

“The idea of owning a bakery has been something my family and I have talked about for many years,” she says.
Expect the day-to-day operations to remain the same, as well as the hours, Shanahan says.
“We will continue serving everyone’s favorite flavors and will keep $2 Tuesday. Our focus is on not only creating delicious cupcakes, but also a great customer experience,” Shanahan says.
