GASTONIA, N.C. — Anchor Investments has made its first acquisition in the Charlotte market.

The Nashville, Tennessee-based real estate investment company has acquired Dixie Village Shopping Center for nearly $6.73 million. The 208,000-square-foot retail center is at 2587 W. Franklin Blvd. in Gastonia.
“We are bullish on the Charlotte market long term,” says Micah Lacher, president of Anchor Investments.
The firm plans to bring in new tenants to reach full occupancy at the center.
